Festival Launch!

A week ago today, we gave the Sacconi Festival launch concert in St Mary and St Eanswyth's Church in Folkestone (pictured). We had a great audience, and for the last item in the concert, we were joined on the stage by Grenville Hancox (a distant relation to the first violinist!) for Mozart's divine clarinet quintet. It was a fitting jubilant finale, to mark the beginning of what is going to be a memorable Festival. For those of you who were there, I hope you enjoyed what we sensed was an exciting atmosphere.
