The Art of Neil Canning
Neil Canning, the wonderful artist, based in St Ives, created the 'Sacconi Suite' of images which we have the priviledge to use on the discs released on Sacconi Records.
The intense colour and dynamic forms of Neil Canning's paintings make his work instantly recognisable. Dramatic moments in nature inspire both mixed media works on paper and larger oils on canvas. Printmaking and more recently sculpture add to the wide range of techniques he employs.
Neil's latest creations have recently been on show in London. The Catalan Suite is an incredible new set of eight new abstract monoprints that experiment with form and colour.
